GENERAL PROVISIONS
NRS 458.010. Definitions. ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE PROGRAMS
NRS 458.025. Operation of state plan; certification of detoxification technicians, facilities and programs. NRS 458.026. Certification of detoxification technician: Statement by applicant concerning payment of child support; grounds for denial of certification; duty of Administrator. NRS 458.027. Certification of detoxification technician: Suspension of certification for failure to pay child support or comply with certain subpoenas or warrants; reinstatement of certification.
