NRS458.094. Use of certain money to provide programs to persons referred by agencies which provide child welfare services.

The Division shall use any money not needed to carry out the provisions of chapter 453A of NRS to provide alcohol and drug abuse programs to persons referred to the Division by agencies which provide child welfare services as authorized pursuant to NRS 453A.730.
