NRS 357.240. Employer prohibited from forbidding employee from making certain disclosures or acting in furtherance of action relating to false claim and from taking any retaliatory action against employee for such disclosures or actions. [Repealed]

NRS 357.250. Entitlement of employee, contractor or agent to remedies in certain circumstances.
