NRS695B.090. Merger and consolidation: Withdrawal of prior deposit of securities.

Latest version.

Upon approval by the Commissioner of any such merger and consolidation, the merged and consolidated corporation may withdraw any securities therefore deposited pursuant to any requirements of this chapter.
