An insurer shall provide to the group policyholder to whom it offers a policy of group health insurance a copy of the disclosure approved for that policy pursuant to NRS 689B.027 before the policy is issued. An insurer shall not offer a policy of health insurance unless the disclosure for that policy has been approved by the Commissioner.
