NRS637A.353. Engaging in business of hearing aid specialist or apprentice to hearing aid specialist without license: Reporting requirements of the Board.

Unless the Board determines that extenuating circumstances exist, the Board shall forward to the appropriate law enforcement agency any substantiated information submitted to the Board concerning a person who engages in the business of a hearing aid specialist or an apprentice to a hearing aid specialist without the appropriate license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
