NRS461A.160. Agency may cause prosecution or institute action if person fails to obey order.

If, after any order of the agency has become final, the person to whom the order is directed fails to obey the order, the agency may cause the person to be prosecuted or institute any appropriate action to abate the substandard mobile home.
