NRS454.303. Certain school employees authorized to administer auto-injectable epinephrine.

A school nurse or other employee of a public or private school who is authorized pursuant to NRS 388.424 or 394.1995 to administer auto-injectable epinephrine may possess and administer auto-injectable epinephrine maintained by the school if the school nurse or other employee has received training in the proper storage and administration of auto-injectable epinephrine as required by NRS 388.424 or 394.1995.
