NRS426.700. Applicability of laws and ordinances to operator of vending stand.

The operator of each vending stand operated under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive, shall be subject to:

1. The provisions of any and all laws and ordinances applying within the territory within which such stand is located, including those requiring a license or permit for the conduct of such business or any particular aspect thereof.

2. The provisions of chapter 446 of NRS.
