ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF VENDING STANDS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY |
NRS426.640. Operation of vending stand on public property and property of State Park System by person who is blind: Purposes; license.

- For the purposes of providing persons who are blind with remunerative employment, enlarging the economic opportunities of persons who are blind and stimulating persons who are blind to greater efforts to make themselves self-supporting with independent livelihoods, such persons licensed under the provisions of NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive, by the Bureau:
1. Have priority of right to operate vending stands in or on any public buildings or properties where the locations are determined to be suitable, pursuant to the procedure provided in NRS 426.630 to 426.720, inclusive.
2. May operate vending stands in or on buildings or properties of the Nevada State Park System, with the approval of the Administrator of the Division of State Parks, on a parity with any other vendor.
