NRS 243.340. Creation—1861; boundaries redefined 1965, 1967, 1969, 1973, 1983 and 2005. [Effective through June 30, 2013, and after that date unless the Board of County Commissioners of Storey County and the Board of County Commissioners of Washoe County, respectively, on or after July 1, 2013, and on or before June 30, 2015, adopt a resolution approving the revisions in the boundary line between the respective Counties described in section 1 or 1.5 of chapter 94, Statutes of Nevada 2013, at pages 307 and 310, respectively.]
