“Series” and “series of members” are synonymous terms and, unless the context otherwise requires, mean a series of members’ interests having separate rights, powers or duties with respect to property, obligations or profits and losses associated with property or obligations, which are specified in the articles of organization or operating agreement or specified by one or more members or managers or other persons as provided in the articles of organization or operating agreement.
