NRS704.7873. “Participant” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2018.]

“Participant” means an applicant who has received initial approval and a letter of eligibility from the Office of Economic Development pursuant to NRS 704.7876 and who enters into a contract approved by the Commission pursuant to NRS 704.7877.
