NRS652.260. Penalties. [Effective through December 31, 2013.]

Latest version.

Any person or laboratory violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than $250 for the first offense and not more than $500 for any subsequent offense. Each act in violation of this chapter constitutes a separate offense.
