NRS652.245. Exemption of tests and examinations conducted by law enforcement agencies or ordered by court.

Latest version.

The provisions of this chapter do not apply to any test or examination:

1. Conducted by a law enforcement officer or agency; or

2. Required by a court as a part of or in addition to a program of treatment and rehabilitation pursuant to NRS 453.580.
