NRS649.235. Expiration; licenses and certificates not transferable.

Each collection agency license and manager’s certificate issued pursuant to this chapter shall expire on June 30 of the year following its issuance and thereafter shall expire on June 30 of each year. A license or certificate shall not be transferable.
