NRS636.270. Suspension of license for failure to comply with requirements for renewal.

If a licensee fails to comply with the provisions of NRS 636.260 on or before the prescribed date, the license must be suspended effective March 1, and must remain suspended until it is restored in the manner specified in NRS 636.275.
