NRS636.215. Licenses: Execution and contents.

The Board shall execute a license for each person who has satisfied the requirements of NRS 636.150 and submitted all information required to complete an application for a license. A license must:

1. Certify that the licensee has been examined and found qualified to practice optometry in this State; and

2. Be signed by each member of the Board.
