NRS633.309. Submission of fingerprints.

In addition to any other requirements set forth in this chapter, each applicant for a license, except a temporary or special license, must submit to the Board a complete set of fingerprints and written permission authorizing the Board to forward the fingerprints to the Central Repository for Nevada Records of Criminal History for submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for its report.
