NRS584.047. Authority to enter into contracts to assist in carrying out duties.

1. The Commission may enter into contracts with any person to assist it in carrying out the duties of the Commission by performing any duty imposed on the Commission pursuant to this chapter.

2. As used in this section, “person” includes a government, a governmental agency and a political subdivision of a government.
