NRS583.020. Sale of flesh of diseased animal or shellfish containers without approved stamp is gross misdemeanor.

  •   Any person who shall knowingly sell any flesh of any diseased animal or any container containing shellfish, if such container does not have an approved stamp authorized by the Division of Public and Behavioral Health of the Department of Health and Human Services, is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
