NRS503.380. Commercial taking of unprotected wildlife.

The Department may take or permit the commercial taking of unprotected wildlife in any manner approved by the Commission. The Commission may fix a price to be paid for wildlife so taken. Unprotected wildlife taken under this authorization may be sold.
