NRS483.936. Licensing of nonresidents. [Effective through July 7, 2014.]

  •   A person who is a resident of a foreign jurisdiction which the Federal Highway Administrator has determined does not test drivers and issue commercial drivers’ licenses in accordance with federal standards and who wishes to be issued a nonresident commercial driver’s license by this State must:

          1.  Apply to the Department for a nonresident commercial driver’s license; and

          2.  Comply with all other requirements contained in the regulations adopted by the Department pursuant to NRS 483.908.
