NRS452.002. Adverse use by public presumptive evidence of dedication as public cemetery.
Latest version.
- The uninterrupted use by the public of land for a burial ground for 5 years, with the consent of the owner and without a reservation of his or her rights, is presumptive evidence of his or her intention to dedicate it to the public for that purpose.
