NRS435.420. Proficiency in English language required of certain employees.

The Administrator shall not employ any psychiatrist, psychologist, social worker or registered nurse who holds a master’s degree in the field of psychiatric nursing who is unable to demonstrate proficiency in the oral and written expression of the English language.
