NRS435.400. Designation.

Latest version.

      1. The division facilities providing services for persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with related conditions are designated as:

      (a) Desert Regional Center;

      (b) Sierra Regional Center; and

      (c) Rural Regional Center.

      2. Division facilities established after July 1, 1981, must be named by the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
