NRS432B.591. “Child” defined.

Latest version.

As used in NRS 432B.591 to 432B.595, inclusive, “child” means a person who is:

1. Under the age of 18 years; and

2. Over the age of 18 years and who remains under the jurisdiction of the court pursuant to NRS 432B.594.
