NRS426.610. Fair hearing before hearing officer; judicial review.

Latest version.

1. An applicant for or recipient of services for persons who are blind who is aggrieved by an act, determination or omission of the Bureau is entitled, in accordance with regulations, to a fair hearing before a hearing officer.

2. A person aggrieved by the decision of a hearing officer is entitled to judicial review of the decision in the manner provided by chapter 233B of NRS.
