NRS422A.365. Prohibition against denial, reduction, discontinuance or termination of public assistance in violation of federal requirements.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the Division shall not, pursuant to this chapter, deny, reduce, discontinue or terminate any public assistance in violation of any requirement of federal law or condition to the receipt of federal money.
