NRS394.321. Postponement of effective date of action pending review.

Latest version.

If the Board determines that irreparable injury would result from putting into immediate effect any final action or penalty imposed under the Private Elementary and Secondary Education Authorization Act, it shall postpone the effective date of the action pending review.
