NRS388.396. Grants: Designation of program professional to evaluate and report on effectiveness of program.

For each grant of money awarded pursuant to NRS 388.393, 388.394 or 388.395, the State Board for Career and Technical Education shall designate a program professional to:

1. Evaluate the manner in which the money was expended and the effectiveness of the program for career and technical education for which the money was granted; and

2. Report the results of the review to the State Board for Career and Technical Education.
