NRS388.390. Certain school districts and charter schools entitled to share in available money.

  •   If the board of trustees of a school district or the governing body of a charter school organizes a program of career and technical education in accordance with the regulations adopted by the State Board for Career and Technical Education and the program has been approved by the Executive Officer of the Board, the school district or the charter school is entitled to share in federal and state money available for the promotion of career and technical education in the amount determined by the Executive Officer of the Board, in accordance with NRS 388.390 to 388.397, inclusive, and the regulations and policies of the Board.
