NRS369.382. Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted.

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 369.386, 369.415 and 597.235, a supplier shall not engage in the business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages in this State.
