NRS355.080. Restrictions on investment in county bonds.

  •   No part of the State Permanent School Fund may be invested in the bonds of any county whose entire bonded indebtedness for all purposes exceeds 10 percent of its assessed valuation; and the amount of bonds of any county purchased or invested in by the State Treasurer may not, in the aggregate, exceed 4 percent of the assessed valuation of any county.
