NRS315.340. Determination of unsafe or insanitary conditions: Considerations.

  •   In determining, as provided in NRS 315.330, whether dwelling accommodations are unsafe or insanitary, a governing body may take into consideration:

          1.  The physical condition of the dwelling accommodations.

          2.  The degree of overcrowding.

          3.  The percentage of land coverage.

          4.  The light, air, space and access available to the occupants of such dwelling accommodations.

          5.  The size and arrangement of the rooms.

          6.  The adequacy of sanitary facilities and water supply.

          7.  The extent to which conditions exist in such buildings which endanger life or property by fire or other causes.
