NRS2A.180. Regular sessions; issuance of writs. [Effective January 1, 2015, if the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

The Court of Appeals shall:

1. Hold such regular sessions during each calendar year as are necessary to dispose of its business.

2. Always be open for the issuance of writs.
