NRS293.4815. Transmission of question to be presented to voters to Secretary of State.

The county clerk, city clerk or other person responsible for preparing the ballot shall transmit any question that will be presented to the voters to the Secretary of State as soon as practicable after determining that the question will be placed on the ballot.
