NRS258.110. Unlawful failure to receive or arrest offender; penalty.

Unless, pursuant to subsection 2 of NRS 258.070, a constable is prohibited from making an arrest, any constable who willfully refuses to receive or arrest any person charged with a criminal offense is guilty of a gross misdemeanor and shall be removed from office.
