  •   As used in NRS 244A.291 to 244A.343, inclusive, “street beautification project” means the beautification of any street, avenue, boulevard, alley, parkway, highway or other public right-of-way used primarily for vehicular traffic, including, without limitation, paving, median strips, crosswalks, street dividers, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, drains, covered walkways or areas, street-lighting facilities, water-distribution and irrigation systems, vehicular parking areas, retaining walls, landscaping, tree planting, shrubbery, foliage, fountains, waterfalls, decorative structures, benches, information booths, restrooms, signs, and other structures, works, and any other project or facility authorized by the Consolidated Local Improvements Law pertaining thereto, including the reconstruction and relocation of existing municipally owned works, improvements or facilities on such streets.
