- The following described territory, now a portion of Nye County, is hereby detached from Nye County and is hereby attached to and made a part of White Pine County: All that territory embraced within the following boundaries: Commencing at a point now known as the southeast corner of Eureka County; thence running due east along the south line of White Pine County 90 miles, more or less, to the east line of the State of Nevada; thence running south along the state line 30 miles, more or less, to a point due east from the north line of A. Prairie’s farm; thence from that point due west 52 miles, more or less, to the 115th meridian west of Greenwich; and thence northwesterly 60 miles, more or less, to the place of beginning.
