NRS237A.060. Application by political subdivision for trade district.

The governing body of any political subdivision of this State or the governing bodies of two or more political subdivisions of this State, acting together, may apply to the Governor for the certification of a trade district pursuant to any federal law providing for the establishment and administration of a trade district in Nevada.
