NRS232.225. State agency to inform Office of any grant agency receives or for which it applies.

In addition to any other requirement concerning applying for or receiving a grant, a state agency shall notify the Office of Grant Procurement, Coordination and Management, on a form prescribed by the Office, of any grant:

1. For which the state agency applies; and

2. Which the state agency receives.
