NRS227.290. Books and papers to be open for inspection.

Latest version.

All the books, papers, files, letters and transactions pertaining to the Office of State Controller shall be open to the inspection of the Governor, to the inspection of committees and members of the Legislature, or either branch thereof, or that of any other person authorized by law.
