A person who has knowledge of the commission
of treason, who conceals the crime, and does not, as soon as may be, disclose
the treason to the Governor or a justice of the Supreme Court or a judge of the
Court of Appeals or the district court, is guilty of misprision of treason
which is a category C felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
