DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY STOLEN OR EMBEZZLED |
NRS179.145. Magistrate to deliver property to owner when it comes into magistrate’s custody; proof of title and payment of expenses.

- If the property stolen or embezzled come into the custody of the magistrate, it shall be delivered to the owner on satisfactory proof of title, and on the owner’s paying the necessary expenses incurred in its preservation, to be certified by the magistrate.
