NRS177.305. Jurisdiction of court of appeals or Supreme Court to cease after certificate of judgment remitted. [Effective January 1, 2015, if the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

- After the certificate of judgment has been remitted, the appellate court of competent jurisdiction shall have no further jurisdiction of the appeal or of the proceedings thereon, and all orders which may be necessary to carry the judgment into effect shall be made by the court to which the certificate is remitted.
