NRS176.492. Dissolution of stay of execution which was improperly entered. [Effective through December 31, 2014, and after that date unless the provisions of Senate Joint Resolution No. 14 (2011) are approved and ratified by the voters at the 2014 General Election.]

Latest version.
  •   The respondent may file a petition with the Supreme Court within 10 days after the entry of a stay of execution by a district court to dissolve a stay which was improperly entered. The filing of the petition does not divest the district court of jurisdiction to hear the claims raised by the petition and the district court shall not delay consideration of the claims because of the filing of such a petition with the Supreme Court.
