NRS143.810. Objection to proposed action.

  An objection to a proposed action pursuant to the Independent Administration of Estates Act as set forth in NRS 143.300 to 143.815, inclusive, may be in the following form:

NOTICE:  Sign and return this form – all pages – to the address set forth in paragraph (a) of item 4 of the Notice of Proposed Action. This form must be received before the date set forth in item 3 of the Notice of Proposed Action, or before the proposed action is taken, whichever is later.
