NRS119B.410. Falsifying application; failure to submit annual report.

Any person who willfully submits, in the application for a permit to sell contracts of membership, any materially false or misleading information or fails to submit an annual report on a program for the exchange of occupancy rights among members is guilty of a misdemeanor.
