NRS1.340. Assistants: Appointment; compensation.

The Court Administrator, with the approval of the Supreme Court, may appoint and fix the compensation of such assistants as are necessary to enable the Court Administrator to perform the duties required by NRS 1.320 to 1.370, inclusive.
